Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping

  • We always work closely with our customers and the shipping company to resolve any delivery issues, and we never leave our customers unsupported. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, damaged, missing, or delayed while in the hands of the shipping company.
  • Our average time of delivery is 3-7 days.
  • When your order arrives, please check the package and its contents straight away. If anything is damaged or missing, note this on the delivery receipt and contact both the carrier and us immediately so we can help you start a claim. .Couriers in the UK have strict reporting deadlines (often within 24–48 hours), so it’s best not to wait.
  • We also recommend taking photos or videos of any damage or missing items, as the shipping company may need this evidence to process your claim.
  • The carrier is responsible for getting your order to your delivery address safely and on time. Once the package has been delivered, responsibility for it passes to you.
  • By following these steps, you’ll be able to resolve any delivery problems quickly and ensure you receive either compensation or a replacement for any damaged or missing items.

International Orders

  • Our average time of delivery is 3-7 days but delivery times vary depending on your country/Address. Please note that our shipping charges cover freight only. Any import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees will be your responsibility.
  • The shipping rates shown in your shopping cart are estimates. In rare cases (depending on country or package size), we may need to request additional payment to complete your order. If you’d like a precise shipping quote before placing an order, feel free to get in touch with us.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Your satisfaction means everything to us at CurtainCasa. If you receive a defective or incorrect curtain, we’ll happily arrange a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • If a mistake is ever made on our end, just let us know and we’ll put things right for you.
  • Refunds are issued within 2–5 business days once the returned item(s) arrive at our warehouse. They’ll be sent back to your original payment method. Each item is carefully inspected, and if a return arrives in a condition other than new and unused, the refund amount may be reduced (usually to 50% of the order value, depending on the condition).
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the carrier fails to deliver within the selected timeframe.

Custom Orders & Cancellations

As some of our curtains are made to order, refunds are not available for custom curtains. However, if the error is on our side, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange.
